Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@techwear-division.com. Tell us why you want to return the product. Feel free to include photos and a video if necessary.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns are free.

Upon receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be made to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be sent to the email address you used at the time of purchase.

Defective product / wrong product received

If your package is defective upon receipt or you have received the wrong product, please send us photos and videos of the product so that we can determine the problem. Once we have established the defect, we will send you a return label to print out so that you can return the product to us free of charge. In some cases, we may send you a new product without you having to return it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased using a promotional code or gift cards.

Exchanges

You can ask to exchange an item if the size does not suit you. Request an exchange within 30 days of receipt. We will send you a detailed return procedure. Once the product has been returned, we will send you the new product in the requested size.

Cancel an order

We may cancel your order if it has not been processed. Please send us an email as soon as possible and we will cancel and refund your order before it is processed. If your order has already been processed, it will be delivered to you. Upon receipt, you can send us a return request in order to obtain your refund. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
